Hotel Suites and Group Rooms
A bachelor party hotel booking is not a large hotel booking. It is a hotel booking with three specific requirements, and a group that makes it on a booking site gets none of them.
The requirements are: the rooms are on one floor or close together, the hotel knows it is hosting a stag group and has agreed, and the guest policy has been established in advance rather than at two in the morning in a lobby.

Sixteen men spread across four floors of a large hotel is a group that never quite reassembles. Rooms on one floor turn a hotel into a base — the corridor becomes the meeting point, the pre-drinks happen somewhere rather than by text message, and the group leaves together.
A Hotel That Has Agreed
Most Bangkok hotels will take a group of sixteen. Fewer will take a group of sixteen that returns at four in the morning, and fewer still will be relaxed about it on night three. We book hotels that have been told what the booking is, because the alternative is a manager's conversation on the second night and a group that spends the rest of the trip being watched.
The Guest Policy, Which Is the Real Question
This is the point on which Bangkok hotels differ most and on which groups most often assume. Some hotels charge a joiner fee, some require identification at reception, some apply a strict policy after a certain hour, and some have no policy at all. None of that is a problem when it is known in advance and all of it is a problem when it is not. We establish the position in writing before you book and we tell you plainly, including when the answer is no.
Suites Versus Rooms
A suite for the stag plus standard rooms for the group is the arrangement that works best: somewhere for the group to gather that is not a corridor, without paying for sixteen suites. Some hotels will also hold a function room or a lounge, which is worth asking about for a group over twenty.
Location Over Luxury
Ten minutes from where the nights are happening is worth more than two extra stars. A group in a beautiful hotel forty minutes out spends an hour a day in a van, and the fourth night nobody wants to make the journey. We recommend on journey time first.

What It Costs
Packages start from ฿99,000 for the group. Hotels are quoted against the dates, the number of rooms and the season, and rates move sharply between high and low season. Tell us the dates and the group size in chat and we will come back with options.
Where a hotel is the wrong answer, there is a villa instead, and transport and accommodation are planned together inside a package.

Usually, if the booking is made with enough notice. It is one of the specific things we ask for, because it changes how the group operates.
What is the guest policy?

Hotel or villa?
Hotel if the group wants short journeys and service. Villa if the group wants a base it can be loud in and does not mind being thirty to sixty minutes out.
