Club and VIP Table Booking for a Bachelor Party in Bangkok
Fourteen men at a Bangkok club door at half past midnight, with no booking, is the most reliable way to lose an hour of a bachelor party. It is not that the club does not want the group. It is that a large group without a table is a problem the door staff solve by saying no.
A booking removes the conversation entirely. We hold a table in the organiser's name, with the spend minimum agreed in writing before you arrive, and the group walks past the queue to a table that already has your name against it.
What We Actually Do
We take the date, the size of the group and the kind of night you want — a big room with a headline DJ, a Thonglor crowd, or somewhere the group can be loud without anyone minding. We come back with two or three venues that will take a group your size on that date, with what the table costs in each and what it includes. You pick one. We book it, pay the deposit, and put the confirmation in writing to the best man.
On the night, someone from our side has spoken to the venue before you arrive. If the group runs late, the venue knows. If the group grows by three, the venue knows that too. That is the whole service, and it is unglamorous by design.
What a Table Is Really Buying
Not status. Space. A table gives a group of fourteen somewhere to stand that is theirs, a bottle service that does not require queuing at a bar in a crowd, and a fixed point the group returns to when it scatters. It also gives the night a known cost instead of forty separate bar rounds nobody is counting.
Where a Club Fits in the Evening
Late. A group that starts at a club at ten is a group waiting for a room to fill. Dinner, then a private room or a bar, then the club from midnight, is the shape that works. If you would rather not move the group at all, a private room for the whole night is the better answer and we will tell you so.
The Honest Caveats
Saturdays in high season book out, and a table for sixteen on a Saturday in December is a different conversation from a Tuesday in June. Some venues will not take a stag group of twenty at all, whatever you offer, and we would rather say that in chat than let you find out at the door. And a minimum spend is a minimum, not an estimate — if the group drinks less, the money is still committed.
We have been doing this alongside The PIMP for fifteen years, across more than one thousand bachelor parties and four hundred reviews at that venue, which is where our read on which door will open for which group comes from.
What It Costs
Packages start from ฿99,000 for the group, and a club table is normally assembled inside one rather than bought on its own. Table minimums differ by venue, by night of the week and by season, so we quote yours once we know the date and the number of men. Ask in chat and you will have a figure the same day.
Questions
Can you book a table for a group of sixteen on a Saturday?
Often, if there is notice. Saturdays in high season are the hardest night in Bangkok for a large group, and the honest answer is sometimes no at your first-choice venue. We will offer alternatives on the same night rather than leave you at the door.
Is the table minimum paid to you or to the club?
The minimum is the venue's and it is agreed in writing before you arrive, so there is no negotiation at the end of the night. We tell you the figure before you commit.
What happens if the group is late?
The venue has already been told to expect you and we stay in contact on the night. A table held in the organiser's name is not released because a group arrives at one rather than midnight.
