Day one: land easy, start high

Land, check in, and sleep an hour. Nobody is at their best straight off a long flight.

A car meets you at arrivals and takes the whole group to the hotel or villa. If anyone lands late, the car waits for them too.

At sunset, start high: a rooftop bar, the city lighting up below you, and the groom's first photo.

Keep it to one round, then dinner. Then the first club.

Day two: the fight, then the big one

Day two is the day everyone came for.

Afternoon: Muay Thai. A private session with a trainer, pads, sweat and the groom in the ring.

Or, if the boys want something slower, a Chao Phraya boat party with drinks on deck and the city sliding past.

Shower, change, and a private dinner with the whole group. Keep the speeches short: the party is waiting.

Then the big one.

Your own VIP section at one of the city's biggest clubs, with bottles and sparklers for the groom at midnight.

Day three is recovery, done properly.

Nobody wants a tour at 10am after the big party.

A chef cooks whatever you want, and the drinks are already on ice.

It's the most relaxed day of the trip, and often the one the boys talk about most.

By evening, everyone's back on their feet. End with a slow dinner, or one more club if the groom insists.

The rest of the year, four to six weeks is enough.
