Headcount, which decides everything else
Every group shrinks. The chat says twenty in January, eighteen in March, and fifteen book flights. That is normal. It only gets expensive when the numbers move after the deposits are down.
So set two dates early: names final, money in. Put them a week before your first supplier deadline, which for held hotel rooms is commonly thirty days out.
Twelve to twenty men is routine for us. Above twenty it becomes two vehicles and a different class of accommodation, and we say so before you book.
Who pays, and how you split it
Our side is simple. One payer, one invoice, in Thai Baht, VAT inside the figure. We do not chase twelve individual payments, and a group that tries to pay us in twelve pieces will spend the trip reconciling it.
Packages are priced per group, not per head. Silver from ฿100,000 across ten men is ฿10,000 each. The same package across sixteen is ฿6,250 each. Every man who joins makes the trip cheaper for everyone already in, which is a better message to send the group chat than a plea.
The mechanic nobody tells you sits at the venue, not with us. A nightlife and entertainment venue bills the table, not the individual. So whoever's card is behind the tab is exposed to everyone's order. At The PIMP, our signature venue, a VIP host is assigned to every group and holds your ceiling. You state a number on arrival and the tab stops there. Typical spend runs ฿5,000 to ฿15,000 per person per night. State the ceiling before the first bottle, not after the third.
Getting the group around
Bangkok at night is a city of forty-minute journeys that look like fifteen on a map, and a group splitting into four taxis arrives over a thirty-minute spread with two cars at the wrong address. One vehicle, one driver who has the addresses in Thai, and a known departure time solves an entire category of problem.
Somewhere that will have you
A stag group needs accommodation that has agreed to be a stag group's accommodation. There are two ways to get that: a villa or a large condominium where noise is not a complaint, or a hotel that has been told what it is booking and has agreed anyway. What does not work is fourteen men arriving at a business hotel on a booking made for seven.
The trade is travel time against freedom: a villa thirty to sixty minutes out, or a hotel ten minutes from the nightclub.
The person holding it together
Underneath both sits the part best men find hardest to delegate and most regret not delegating: someone who is not in the group, who is awake, sober, and holds the schedule, the addresses and the contact numbers. On the second night, that is worth more than any venue. A host is from ฿4,800 for four hours, ฿7,800 for eight, and ฿22,000 for twenty-four hours including overnight.
We arrange all three as one thing, because they only work as one thing. A villa forty minutes from the club without transport is a worse choice than a hotel suite ten minutes away.
Group dynamics, briefly
Sixteen men do not do one thing. Six want the rooftop, six want the nightclub, four want to eat. Plan one fixed point a day and let the rest float. Then tell the group the departure time rather than the plan. A group that knows the van leaves at nine is in the van at nine.

Not sure is a perfectly good answer. A planner will tell you which tier your dates and headcount actually land in.
What we will not do
We will not take a booking on numbers we know are still moving, because you will pay twice for the same room. We do not collect from twelve men individually, and we will not quietly split a group across two hotels to make a headcount fit.
We will not sell you a tier above the one your group needs. If twelve men ask for Diamond and the itinerary they describe is Gold, we quote Gold and tell you why in writing. We also will not quote a price before we have checked the date with the venue, because a figure you cannot book is not a price. We say no plainly rather than going quiet.
Who you are booking
